AMARILLO - Well-known poker player Amarillo Slim was tied up and robbed by intruders who entered his house while he was away on Monday night.
Wire reports indicate that the famous gambler, best known for his book ‘Amarillo Slim in a World of Fat People’, was not injured in the attack. The robbers fled with an undisclosed sum and two of Slim’s shotguns.
Arrests have yet to be made in the case
