Party Poker Player Numbers Steadily Increasing
After the online gaming ban was passed in October of 2006, Party Poker made the decision to immediately withdraw from the U.S. market. Party Poker’s player numbers dropped by over 50% in the weeks following that withdrawal.
However, an under the radar transformation seems to have dramatically changed its future. Since Party Poker is no longer operating in the U.S, its business seems more secure, as third party payment issues are not an immediate concern.
Next month, PartyGaming, Party Poker’s parent company, will release their annual report and only good news is expected. Player numbers on Party Poker have regularly been over 10,000, up 66% from November.
