Details released for second season of Poker After Dark

June 5th, 2007

Filming details for the second season of NBC’s popular poker show Poker After Dark are starting to emerge, as the network gears up for a follow-up season to the successful inaugural run.

The show will be filmed at the South Point Hotel and Casino and will maintain the current format in which a vast majority of hands are shown, as opposed to the ‘highlights’ approach taken by other poker shows.

Popular poker hostess Shana Hiatt will be returning for a second tour of duty, as will first season commentator Oliver Nejad. Confirmed players for the series at this point include Doyle Brunson, Phil Hellmuth, Eric Seidel, Layne Flack and Chris “Jesus” Ferguson.
