WSOP to hold town hall style meeting for players

June 25th, 2007

The World Series of Poker presented by Milwaukee’s Best Light will host a special players’ meeting Wednesday, June 2, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the Rio Pavilion’s Brasilia 1 and 4 conference rooms.

All poker players are invited to attend and provide comments, suggestions and questions for WSOP Commissioner Jeffrey Pollack, Tournament Director Jack Effel and other WSOP executives.

“What makes the World Series so special is that this is truly a players’ tournament,” said Pollack. “We know that many of our players have excellent ideas and we want to give them an opportunity to provide input that will make the WSOP better in the future.”
