Saifuddin Ahmad takes down event #43 of the 2007 WSOP
Bangladesh native and father of two Saifuddin Ahmad is the champion of event #43 of the 2007 World Series Of Poker ($2,000 Limit Holdem).
The event, which began with 472 entrants and played out over 3 days, culminated in a heads up match between Ahmad and William Jensen that started with both men having roughly even stacks. That balance quickly evaporated, however, as Ahmed went on a multi-hand tear that dismantled Jensen’s stack and earned Ahmed the bracelet and $217,329.
