US Inaugural PokerBowl

Las Vegas will see the first annual PokerBowl, with a prize pool of one million dollars, on October 23.

Five conferences with five teams each will compete in the Pacific Ballroom of Bally’s Casino from October 20 - 22 for the chance to be in the PokerBowl Finale and possibly win the first US Poker League National Title.

The PokerBowl is technically an invitational, but most teams have seats available for buy-in.

Conference tournament states and schedules are as follows:

Northern Conference: Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Minnesota, Saturday - 12pm - 7pm

Eastern Conference: Boston, New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh - Saturday, 7pm - 2am

Southern Conference: Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Tennessee - Sunday, 12pm - 7pm

Western Conference: Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Seattle, St. Louis - Sunday, 7pm - 2am

California Conference: Los Angeles, Oakland, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco - Monday, 2pm - 9pm

The PokerBowl Finale will take place from 12pm - 7pm, Tuesday October 23.

The PokerBowl will air on FOX Sports sometime in early 2008.
