Calvin Ayre takes aim at Forbes

While it wasn’t a ‘patent-trolls’ level rant, Bodog founder Calvin Ayre fired off a couple of choice shots at Forbes Magazine, and reporter Matt Miller in particular, in a blog post today on calvinayrelife.com.
The post is apparently a response, of sorts, to Ayre’s omission from annual Forbes Billionaires list. Ayre slams Miller as a journalist and a drinker and then proceeds to assure everyone he’s still a billionaire.
Whew.

When Matt Miller was in Costa Rica collecting material for his Forbes “Billionaire” feature story on me we had a great time hanging out at the Bodog Compound. After sharing a few laughs and a few drinks, on his way out of the bar he tipped over a table full of drinks and then topped that off by puking inside one of my Hummers. The dude’s shirt was soaked with vomit so I lent him one of my shirts (which I think he still has).
