William Delvalle, a convicted killer who was arrested in connection with the slaying of Frank DeSena during a live poker game in New York, was released yesterday after prosecutors failed to acquire a timely indictment against the suspect.
New York law states that prosecutors must secure an incitement within 144 hours of arrest.
