Mike Vela, senior vice president of an investment company, is the winner. Also at the final table were Nick Schulman and Nenad Medic, the 2005 and 2006 winners of the event, who this year took 2nd and 3rd place respectively.

Mike Vela stayed solidly on top once Mark Weitzman and Michael White were knocked out of play and ended up with $1,704,986 in winnings.
