Full Tilt has allegedly confirmed charges, first raised publicly in a thread over at 2+2, that ‘BluffMagCV’, winner of the October 21st ‘One Million Guarantee’ tournament on FTP, handed over his account to another player during the late stages of the tournament.

BluffMagCV is the screen name of Chris Vaughn, who made online poker headlines by following up his win on FTP with a win in the PokerStars Sunday Million the following week. Vaughn won the Million under the name ‘SlippyJacks.’

This story comes on the heels of a string of online poker tournament scandals involving multi-accounting and account hand-off, including Poker Stars rescinding the title awarded in the Main Event of the World Championship of Online Poker.

A 2+2 member identifying himself as Søren Kongsgaard, who took second to Vaughn in the Full Tilt Million, posted an email he claimed he received from Full Tilt Poker support in a follow up thread on 2+2:

Upon conclusion of a lengthy investigation into the $500 + $35, “$1Million Guarantee” tournament held on October 21st, we have determined that you were among the victims of one player using more than one Full Tilt account in the tournament. Late into the tournament, a player who had already been eliminated took over the account of a player who was still in, which is against our tournament rules.
