The World Series of Poker circuit event at Harrah’s in New Orleans ended Wednesday, and Andy Philachack is $247,860, a gold ring and a long-awaited first prize richer. He also won a seat into the WSOP 2008 main event. Josh Arieh started out in the lead but wound up in second place with $130,050.

There were 160 entrants and a prize pool of $765,000 in the three-day event.
