The ACF European Poker Awards winners have been chosen and declared, with Annette “Annette_15″ Obrestad, the much talked-about teenaged Norwegian winner of the World Series of Poker Europe winning for Most Notable Tournament Performance of the Year.

The now-19-year-old said, “I am so happy to win this award. I prefer this one than rookie of the year because I was up against such great players.”

Player of the Year went to Alex Kravchenko of Russia, who was also nominated in the Most Notable Tournament Performance category.

Annette wrote about the event on her Betfair blog:

The European Poker Player awards were tonight as well and I was nominated in three cathegories:

‘Rookie of the year’
‘Leading female player of the year’ and
‘Best performace of the year’.

Ending up winning the last one. Kinda surprised because thats the one i least expected to win, but hey! At least I won one :)

Now I have 3 days off to just spend money and check out Paris.
