Poker Stars considering cash-game freezeouts with hole card exposed replay

PokerStars is apparently considering introducing what would be a unique play format in the world of online poker - a higher-stakes cash game freezeout that would possibly involve some of their sponsored pros and be replayed after the match with all hole cards exposed.
A PokerStars marketing rep reportedly surveyed some of the higher-stakes cash game players on Stars to see what their attitude toward such a set up would be. The chat logs where some players were asked about their interest in a replayed cash game freezeout were posted in this thread on 2+2.
It’s clear from the chat that the idea is still very much in the planning stages, but it’s an interesting concept regardless. Excerpt from the table chat (MktgScottY in the chat below is a Stars employee):
