The Abolins parents must be proud. Two of their children, Luke and Jo Abolins, ended up in the finals competing to win PokerProForAYear, and one of them won. Not only did Luke win, but his sister held on till the final three.

Luke “Resteal” Abolins of the UK will be treated like a king — er, poker pro — for the year, what with buy-ins, accommodation, flights and expenses covered by sponsors Pacific Poker and 888 as he jets around the world to take part in four major tournaments including the Aussie Millions and the World Series of Poker.
