The Nevada state director for the Poker Players Alliance responded to Senator Jon Kyl’s comments regarding the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act in a letter to the editor in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Ken Illgen blasted the senator — who has said he is frustrated with the slow implementation of the UIGEA — for his comments.
Frankly, the confusion regulators are dealing with as they develop the regulations to enforce the law is a direct result of how this act was written and sneaked into a must-pass port security bill in the dead of night, allowing no time for review and debate.
